Nikki Clarke Network may accept or decline participants at its discretion
Scheduling, participation, recording, editing, publishing, and release decisions remain under Nikki Clarke Network’s control
Your name, likeness, image, voice, biography, interview content, statements, branding, logos, and submitted materials may be recorded, photographed, edited, published, promoted, displayed, distributed, archived, and shared through the Website, YouTube, social media, press materials, newsletters, and other media
You grant Nikki Clarke Network a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right and license to use those materials for editorial, promotional, business, archival, and lawful operational purposes
You understand that published or recorded materials may remain online or in archives indefinitely
You waive any right to inspect or approve final edited materials unless otherwise agreed in writing

7. Sponsorships, Partnerships, and Advertising

If you submit a sponsorship, advertising, or partnership inquiry, you agree that:

All sponsorships, promotions, and partnerships are subject to approval
You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and rights clearance of materials you provide
Nikki Clarke Network may refuse, revise, suspend, or remove sponsor or partner materials at its discretion
No specific results, exposure levels, audience size, sales, or promotional outcomes are guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing

8. Bookings, Productions, Tapings, and Scheduling

Where the Website promotes or supports meetings, bookings, productions, tapings, appearances, coaching, or related services:

Dates, times, venues, formats, guests, and release schedules may change
You are responsible for providing required information, attending on time, and complying with instructions related to the booking or production
Nikki Clarke Network may remove, refuse, postpone, or discontinue participation where conduct is disruptive, unsafe, abusive, unlawful, or harmful to the production or others
Nikki Clarke Network may withhold delivery, publication, release, or access until outstanding balances are paid where applicable

9. Refunds, Rebookings, and Payments

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in writing:

There are no refunds for Nikki Clarke Show tapings, productions, no-shows, or missed bookings
Cancellations and no-shows are generally eligible for rebooking only, not refunds
At least three (3) days’ notice should be provided for a cancellation where a reschedule is requested
Production deposits and production-related payments are non-refundable after one (1) year
Membership fees, digital products, downloadable products, and promotional services are final sale unless otherwise stated
Physical products may be subject to any return or exchange terms posted at the time of purchase

10. Store Purchases and Digital Products

The Website may offer merchandise, books, memberships, digital products, and other items for sale.

By placing an order, you agree that:

You are authorized to use the payment method provided
Product descriptions, pricing, availability, and promotions may change without notice
