Linda Pinizzotto is a well-known Realtor, Sutton Group Quantum Realty, Investor, Public Speaker and Founder | CEO of the Condo Owners Association (COA) in Ontario. http://www.COAontario.com
She founded the Condo Owners Association COA, a non-profit Association representing 1.5 Million Condo Owners in 2010 to advocate consumer protection and to promote friendly condo communities with better governance and operations. The COA was instrumental in advocating the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services to review and update the Condo Act Legislation. The COA is a pioneer for Condo Owners and they field hundreds of enquiries and complaints relating to Board Members, Property Management, operations, reserve funds, operating budgets and administration etc. The COA mission is to work together with various corporate accounts to assist condo owners with various discounts and benefits. The Condo Owners Association to advocate our Provincial Government to change the Condo Act and continue to advise, endorse, promote and support better Condo living and ownership experiences. Strength in numbers Condo Owners now has an Association.
Linda is highly recognized as an expert in her field. She participates with the Consumer Council of Canada Panel of professionals for her “expert knowledge and industry know-how”. She served as a director and/or committee member for the Homeowner Protection Office, The Fire Marshal Technical committee on Carbon Monoxide Detectors, Fire Alarms and on the Ministry of Government and Consumer Service Condo Act Review. As the Former Vice President and Government Relations Chairperson for the Mississauga Real Estate Board, Government Sub Committee for the Toronto Real Estate Board and with the Canadian and Ontario Real Estate Boards. She is a long time member of the Real Estate Council of Ontario.
