I met Allie Ochs in 2014. She was a strong supporter of the Nikki Clarke Show and good friend. I enjoyed our conversations. She was vivacious , straightforward and very kind.

The Nikki Clarke Show went on the road to New York City in 2014. It was Allie’s first time in the city .She was excited to visit and to be a guest on the show taped in front of a live audience.

Here is a clip of our interview, Allie was a champion for healthy living. She helped hundreds of people rejuvenate their lives.

Allie was an inspirational mother, friend, entrepreneur, sister and aunt. It is with great sadness that on Wednesday, March 9, 2022, after a short but tenacious battle with cancer, Allie left this world peacefully, in her home in London, Ontario, with her daughter by her side.

We miss you, Allie. Rest in paradise.
