Dr. Renee White, aka “Dr. Nay,” writes motivational poetry for a diverse audience of women. She writes about the female experience, regarding life and love. Being a former NYC public school student and classroom teacher, she aims to serve as a role model and have a positive impact on these youngsters’ lives.
Dr. Nay earned her doctoral degree of educational leadership at the University of Virginia and has been a college professor since 1995. Also, as a graduate of New York University and CUNY-Brooklyn College, she teaches literacy, curriculum and instruction, and cultural diversity. She is well-published scholar in academe, presenting at national and international conferences.
