My name is Diondra and I am the Founder of Driven By… Co., which began in 2017. I am passionate about our human capacity for greatness. I believe that when encouraged in the right direction, we are capable of wondrous things, and I have always felt that many of us follow paths in life that are not necessarily “meant for us.” That is what led me to create this brand.
So What is Driven By… you ask:
Driven By… is a brand defined by encouraging others to identify what drives them. Why? Because if you structure your life around doing the things that drive you, you are setting yourself up for a life of fulfillment.
So what do we do?
We are here to support your personal growth, Career Development and Business Development.
On the personal growth side, we have an apparel line that encourages you to represent your passions and what drives you. We donate $1 from every clothing item to the Boys & Girls Club of Peel. Also on the personal growth side, we hold a number of community initiatives to encourage connection and to make a positive impact.
On the Career Development side, we have a number of resources online including a FREE downloadable Career Planner, and an awesome YouTube Series called the Career Advice Series, which dives into a variety of career topics including Resume & Cover letter tips and Working from Home.
Lastly, on the Business Development side, we have a FREE Business Plan template online that you can download and we also run a Live Business Plan Development Course.
